„Besser als gedacht!
Die Lage ist fantastisch und das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich! Wir hatten zwei winzige Fenster mit Blick auf die Kathedrale, eine schöne Überraschung! Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und das Hotel insgesamt eine schöne Abwechslung zu klassischen Hotelketten.
Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig (klappernde Türen, knarzende Böden) und man sollte sich nicht auf Ausschlafen einstellen. Aber bei der tollen Lage direkt in der Stadt will man eh früh raus! Die Ausstattung ist teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen vor allem im Bad.

„Ich bin sehr froh, dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben. Der Aufenthalt im schönen Strasbourg wurde dadurch perfekt abgerundet.
Freundlichkeit des Portiers, schnelle Antworten auf meine Fragen zu Zimmer- und Bettenart sowie zur Gepäckaufbewahrung, Blick auf Maison Kammerzell und das Münster, Wandgemälde im Zimmer, bequeme Matratze, verschiedene Decken und Kopfkissen zur Auswahl, Kaffeemaschine, zentrale Lage. Fensterläden und lichtundurchlässige Vorhänge schirmen sehr gut die Helligkeit am Morgen ab.
Durch die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zu diversen Restaurants kam es in einer der Nächte zu mehr Geräuschen. Geschlossene Fenster oder Ohrenstöpsel helfen aber.
